ECF was formed by a group of young Professionals and compassionate individuals who are highly motivated, inspired and committed to contribute their time, skills and energies to care for underserved and special needs communities. The organization seeks to advance progress in areas of inclusive education and clinical therapy for special needs children, child protection, livelihoods, health, technology and art. It seeks to fill gaps in human rights advocacy, women and youth empowerment and gender equality.
